Hani AlAwadhi brings over 20 years of experience in both local and international investments.

Prior to his appointment at InvestGB, he served as the General Manager of Investments at Gulf Bank, where he played a pivotal role in establishing InvestGB. His previous roles include Head of Managed Funds and Acting Head of GCC Equities at Gulf Investment Corporation (GIC), where he managed global investments in hedge funds, private equity, real estate, and infrastructure. His career includes various key positions in prominent institutions and companies locally, regionally, and internationally.

Hani has a proven track record in developing, implementing, and monitoring alternative investment portfolios. He was instrumental in establishing and maintaining one of the region’s largest hedge fund investment programs and contributed to the successful listing of Shamal Az-Zour Company on Boursa Kuwait. Active in corporate governance, Hani holds multiple directorial positions on various boards. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Frank G. Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University.

Ammar Hajeyah is the Chief Investment Officer of “InvestGB”. With over 21 years of experience in financial and investment services, he brings deep expertise across asset and wealth management, brokerage, and corporate governance.
Prior to this role, he served as Acting General Manager of Investments at Gulf Bank and played a key role in the establishment of InvestGB, contributing to its business planning, operating model, and governance framework. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership and board positions across leading regional institutions, including Global Investment House, Arzan Financial Group, and Gulf Custody Company.
Ammar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Kuwait University and an MBA in Strategic Management from Maastricht School of Management, and has completed executive programs at Harvard Kennedy School and Cornell University.

Tareq Al-Saleh brings over two decades of extensive experience in banking and investments. Before joining InvestGB, Tareq served as Deputy General Manager of Investments at Gulf Bank, a position he held since December 2012, where he played a key role in shaping the bank’s investment strategies. His leadership extends to notable appointments, including serving as a board member of the Kuwait National Fund for SMEs Development and as Chairman of the Kuwait Economic Society, a leading civil society organization.

Tareq earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Boston University and an MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. Committed to continuous learning, he completed the General Management Program (GMP) at Harvard Business School in 2015 and INSEAD’s Strategic Banking Program in 2020, further solidifying his expertise in strategic leadership and banking innovation.

Noorah brings over 15 years of experience in Investments, having held key roles at Gulf Bank, Wafra Real Estate, and Global Investment House. Currently, she leads the Real Estate Unit within the Asset Management department at InvestGB. Noorah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Denver. She has also completed a one-year intensive training at the Kuwait Fund’s Training Program for Engineers, along with a six-month training at Mouchel Project Management Company in the United Kingdom.

Samer is currently heading the Information Technology department at InvestGB where he oversees IT strategic and operational planning through innovations, IT initiatives and technology deployments of current and future IT systems.

Samer’s career background includes KAMCO Invest and Global Investment House.
Samer earned a B.S. in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Philadelphia Private University.

Talal brings over 10 years of experience in Investments, with a career spanning roles at Al Imtiaz Investment Group, NBK Capital, Wafra Investment Advisory Group- New York, and State Street Bank- Boston.

Talal earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Science in Finance from Bentley University and is a CFA Charter holder.

Ahmed Adel brings over 15 years of experience in the financial services sector. He currently leads the Compliance department at InvestGB, with a career that includes roles at Al Imtiaz Investment Group, National Investments Company, and Kuwait Finance and Investment Company.

Ahmed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Ain Shams University and is a Certified Compliance Professional (CCP).

With over 15 years of experience in Marketing & Corporate Communications, Nazem is responsible for shaping the brand’s narrative and enhancing its visibility through impactful marketing campaigns, both internally and externally. Nazem’s career includes key roles at Ooredoo Kuwait, the National Bank of Kuwait, and Global Investment House. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the Lebanese American University and an MBA from Gulf University for Science and Technology.

Ahmed is currently heading the Investment Banking unit at InvestGB.

Ahmed’s career background includes The Royal English Laboratory, Rubban Logistics Holding, Agility, and Kuwait Petroleum International.

Ahmed earned his Master of Science in Information Age Marketing (MS) and Bachelor of Science in Marketing (BS) from Bentley University.

Rouqiyah brings over 15 years of experience in financial advisory and investment analysis. She specializes in providing tailored financial advice to private clients, helping them navigate a diverse range of investment products that align with their financial goals and risk profiles. With a diverse career spanning roles at Gulf Bank, Commercial Bank of Kuwait (CBK),  and Kuwait and Middle East Financial Company (KMEFIC), Rouqiyah brings valuable insights and expertise to our team. Rouqiyah holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Denver in Colorado, USA.

Ahmad joins InvestGB with 19 years of experience in the financial services industry. Since 2017, he has been with Gulf Bank, where he most recently served in Investment Advisory. Prior to that, he held roles in asset management and real estate development at Mena Real Estate Company and Rasiyat Holding Company, while also serving on the boards of affiliated companies. Ahmad holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, with a concentration in E-Commerce and Information Systems, from Seattle University.

Sanjeev has over 32 years of experience in strategic investments, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and project finance, accounting, management, operations, and process optimization.
Prior to joining InvestGB, he worked at Gulf Investment Company as well as other leading financial institutions and industrial conglomerates across Kuwait, Oman, and India. He has successfully executed numerous investments and M&A transactions, including debt financing, refinancing, and restructuring, in addition to implementing and developing accounting systems, management information systems, and internal controls.
Sanjeev holds professional qualifications as a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Sara AlMuzaini brings over 10 years of experience across Human Resources, Marketing, and Innovation. Her career includes key roles at the Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences, Agility, and the National Bank of Kuwait. Currently, she leads the Human Resources department at InvestGB.

Sara holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Entrepreneurship from Babson College. She has also earned a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources Management, a CIPD Advanced Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management from Oakwood, and is a Certified Assessor by The British Psychological Society.

Nouf AlOqab brings 19 years of experience in the investment sector. She previously held key positions at Global Investment House and Kuwait Finance and Investment Company (KFIC), which significantly enriched her professional background.

Nouf holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Kuwait University. She has also earned numerous prestigious certifications specializing in finance and the rules and regulations of the Kuwait Capital Markets Authority, reflecting her dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
