Waleed Manadani holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona, USA, earned in 1992. He has completed several prestigious executive programs, including the Executive Program in Project Management and Leadership from Cornell University in 2011, a specialized training course in Decision Making Strategies at Harvard Business School in 2015, and the Executive Program in Leading Change and Organizational Renewal at Harvard Business School in 2018.

With over 25 years of experience in leadership roles, Waleed has held prominent positions in Private Banking, Retail, and Wealth Management, working with institutions such as Kuwait Finance House, BNP Paribas in Kuwait, and Ahli United Bank Bahrain. He has served as a Board Member at KFH Capital and was a member of the Board Risk Committee from 2017 until 2021. Additionally, he was the Vice Chairman and a Board Member of TurkCapital Holding from 2015 to 2021.

Hani AlAwadhi brings over 20 years of experience in both local and international investments.

Prior to his appointment at InvestGB, he served as the General Manager of Investments at Gulf Bank, where he played a pivotal role in establishing InvestGB. His previous roles include Head of Managed Funds and Acting Head of GCC Equities at Gulf Investment Corporation (GIC), where he managed global investments in hedge funds, private equity, real estate, and infrastructure. His career includes various key positions in prominent institutions and companies locally, regionally, and internationally.

Hani has a proven track record in developing, implementing, and monitoring alternative investment portfolios. He was instrumental in establishing and maintaining one of the region’s largest hedge fund investment programs and contributed to the successful listing of Shamal Az-Zour Company on Boursa Kuwait. Active in corporate governance, Hani holds multiple directorial positions on various boards. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Frank G. Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University.

Dari AlBader holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science and Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA, and an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York, USA. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

With more than 20 years of experience in business and banking, Dari has held several leadership roles. He previously served as the President of Group Corporate Affairs at Alghanim Industries and has worked with prominent international and regional organizations such as JP Morgan, Citi Group, Dubai Capital Group, and the National Bank of Kuwait. Currently, he is the Chairman of Asiya Capital Investments Company.

Abdulrahman AlSaddah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Kuwait University and has completed certifications in Leadership Development and Strategic Management from renowned business schools. He brings over 19 years of banking experience, with 15 of those years focused on Corporate Banking. Since September 2020, Abdulrahman has served as the Deputy Chief Risk Officer. Before this role, he was the Deputy General Manager of Corporate Banking and Head of Structured Workout & Remedial at Gulf Bank. Throughout his career, Abdulrahman has developed a strong expertise in credit, debt restructuring, and corporate finance, leading and co-leading numerous financial transactions.
